Yesterday, I reported
on the House votes on the Progressive Caucus's "Better Off Budget" and
the Black Caucus's alternative budget. Only 89 Democrats voted for the
CPC budget (with 103 opposing it). Only 116 Democrats voted for the CBC
budget (with 76 opposing it).
The House then voted on the Democratic caucus's alternative budget.
Obviously, it did not pass. And 31 Democrats joined the GOP in voting against it.

Last year, Dan Lipinski was not there for the vote. This year, he voted no.
Tammy Duckworth, Nick Rahall, and Loretta Sanchez all voted for last year's budget but now oppose their own caucus.
Bill Owens (NY-21) voted against last year's budget but voted for it this time.
The House then voted on the Democratic caucus's alternative budget.
